1. No sales through this site

landonliedtke.com is a personal portfolio. No products, services, subscriptions, or digital goods are sold through this site, and no payments are taken here. Because nothing is purchased from this site, there is generally nothing to refund.

2. Donations and tips (Buy Me a Coffee)

The Site links to a third-party page (Buy Me a Coffee) where voluntary tips or donations can be made. Those transactions are processed entirely by that platform under its own terms and refund policies. If you made a payment there in error, please first use that platform's support options; you may also contact me at [email protected] within 7 days and I will reasonably consider a refund of any tip I received.

3. Separately agreed work

If you engage me for paid work outside this site (for example, freelance or commissioned work), refund and cancellation terms are defined in the individual written agreement or invoice for that engagement, which takes precedence over this page. As a general rule for such work:

• Deposits cover time already reserved and are refundable minus work performed up to cancellation.
• If you are unhappy with a deliverable, contact me within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve it (revision, partial refund, or cancellation as appropriate).
