1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using landonliedtke.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is a personal portfolio operated by Landon Liedtke (“I”, “me”) from Florida, United States.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents my projects, skills, education, experience, and testimonials, and provides a way to contact me. Content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, technical, or legal advice.

3. Intellectual property

• All content on the Site — including text, design, code, images, and downloadable documents — is © Landon Liedtke, all rights reserved, unless stated otherwise.
• Viewing the Site's source code in a browser does not grant a license to copy, redistribute, or reuse it. Please ask first.
• Project screenshots and photographs are my own or used with permission. Third-party names and trademarks (e.g., CompTIA, Adobe, Google) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only, without implying endorsement.

4. Testimonials and references

Testimonials shown on the Site reflect the genuine opinions and experiences of their authors and are published with their knowledge. They are individual statements and not guarantees of any particular outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Site or interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access, probing, or vulnerability scanning without written permission; scrape or bulk-download content; use the Site or its contact details for spam or unlawful purposes; or misrepresent your identity when contacting me.

The Site links to and optionally embeds third-party services (for example Google Maps, and outbound links to LinkedIn, GitHub, and others). I do not control and am not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. My total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts located in Lee County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.

11. Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
